East London Warehouse Extension

Private residential extension and interior refurbishment of a significant warehouse building in East London.

A three-storey warehouse building, previously used as art gallery with live/work accommodation; transformed to create a new home including an artists studio, home office with new kitchens, bedrooms and bathrooms throughout.

 A new roof extension was created to house the artist stood and office, set back from the front creating a new balcony, and set flush to the rear of the office space providing a dramatic full-height, full-width glazed elevation taking in the breathtaking views of the City.
