A Kiosk for Granary Square.
The kiosk was to bridge the gap between the foodtruck culture of “The Kerb”, which offers a colourful mix of street food, and the larger, more established restaurants that opened up as part of the new Granary Square development. The building was of a temporary nature and was to take residence at the top of the newly installed, especially in the summer months very popular steps leading down to the Regent Canal. Taking advantage of the views across the square as well as across the canal, the kiosk was perfectly located for indoor/outdoor socialising.
