Aylesham Centre Exhibition

We’re delighted to be involved in the Rethinking the Aylesham Centre project alongside AHMM and Tiger Developments. The project aims to reshape this part of Peckham to meet the changing needs of local communities, offering greater choices of shops and leisure and other local amenities, all within a better environment for everyone that uses the area. We’re a local practice, working out of our studio in the Bussey Building in Peckham, so this project is especially close to our hearts.

The exhibition at the Aylesham Centre showcased plans, drawings and models of the proposed development. The scheme proposes an animated ground floor, boasting lots of small flexible units to allow for local Peckham retailers as well as a commercial space and a rooftop bar. It was great to speak to the local community about this project and are eager to see how it unfolds.
