Elephant Park Marketing Suite Completion

Feix&Merlin have completed a Marketing Suite for Lendlease at Elephant Park

Feix&Merlin have reached completion on a Marketing Suite located on the ground floor, on the corner of the Walworth Road and Deacon St, part of the evolving and revitalised Elephant & Castle.

Following an invited competition process in late 2019 Feix&Merlin were commissioned by Lendlease to design a new marketing suite for the Elephant Park development, ahead of the sales launch of the project’s latest residential phase – Park & Sayer.

The brief called for the design to deliver both a public facing experience and information point as well as staff workspaces, and private meeting rooms, whilst still maintaining an overall feeling of transparency and openness.

The design solution is a layered approach that moves from the public facing area at the entrance, the corner of Deacon St and Walworth Road, slowly changing in tone and atmosphere to a semi-private workspace and private lounge at the other end. The customer journey was thought about in some detail to discover how different people might navigate the space, which in turn informed the layout and arrangement of the custom designed furniture pieces.
