Start on Site at Nr 1 Sloane St, Birmingham

Works have started on site at Nr. 1 Sloane St, Birmingham; a new build house project in the Jewellery Quarter. The site is on the corner of Sloane St & Camden St, nestled in-between a larger development on either side.

We’re collaborating with the contractors next door, Vidi Construction, who the client has commissioned to do the piling for us, combining the ground works on site.

Test piling took place a few months ago and they have now completed the groundworks, piling and the foundation ground beams.

Ground beams are now emerging on the neighbouring site for their beam and block floor. Our slab will be a 400mm think slab that will go straight down on top of the pile foundations.
