St James Quarter regeneration

Feix&Merlin with Extended Studio and team, have been selected by Waltham Forest Council to lead on public realm improvements and railway arches refurbishment, at Courtenay Place, St James Quarter, part of the wider ‘Walthamstow Culture for All Levelling Up Programme.

Following an invited process through the GLA’s Architecture + Urbanism Framework, Feix&Merlin with Extended Studio and a wider consultant team were selected to re-imagine a series of railway arches, as well as a significant piece of public realm, at Courtenay Place part of the new St James Quarter surrounding the St James Street station in Walthamstow.
