The Conduit, Mayfair

London’s newest home for a diverse community of people passionate about positive social change. A 40,000 sqft hospitality project on Conduit St, in the heart of Mayfair, London. The project involved the full interior refurbishment and extension of an existing 8-storey neo-classical building to create a new a new members club with a social and sustainability focus.

The works included significant structural alterations, including full interior refurbishment with new internal partitions, two new goods lifts, new decorative finishes and lighting, and a series new spaces and amenities. A bold new extension has been created on the 6th floor, a peaceful relaxed space, clad in natural Portland stone and featuring a series of arched metal-framed windows and doors.

Feix&Merlin were Lead Designer on the project, and worked in collaboration with Russell Sage Studio and Cavendish Studios.
